Getting started

If you are already set up for digital dictation, send us a short test file with a document template and you can see how our service performs.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we will reply speedily.

Audio-typing dictation should be clearly spoken at a reasonable pace and if possible in an area without background noise. Many factors affect how difficult a recording is for the typist and how long transcription will take but the above are in your control.

Technical assistance is available over the phone if you need help setting up, and a site visit can be arranged.
