Services and Pricing

Jiffy Service

Our UK-based service that is primarily intended for daily correspondence, e.g. e-mails, file notes and short reports and letters etc.

Monday to Friday

We accept files from 10.30 a.m. until 4.00 p.m., and work is returned as soon as completed.

Evening Service

UK-based service that is primarily intended for daily correspondence, e.g. e-mails, file notes, short reports and letters etc.

Monday to Friday

We accept files from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Work is returned as soon as completed.

Overnight Service

This is our New Zealand-based operation and is suitable for all types of work, but especially suited to longer documents.

Sunday to Thursday

Work received up to 9.30 p.m. will be processed by this service and returned to the customer the following morning, except in exceptional cases where the dictation is particularly lengthy or complex.

Weekend Service

All work received on Saturday between 10.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. and Sunday between 10.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. will be "Weekend" work, processed by our UK-based Jiffy service. Work will be returned as soon as completed.

Overnight Weekend Service

We operate over the weekend on both the overnight and Jiffy services (New Zealand is in a time zone 12 hours ahead of the UK).

Work is charged at an hourly rate based on job time, rates available on application. The clearer the dictation the lower the job time; see transcription tips.
